Frozen Lotus Root is used by Asian Cuisine, Japanese/Chinese Cooking, Tempura, Stir-Fry, Health Food operators and manufacturers. Vietnam’s harvest season runs July-December, with off-season supply maintained from Frozen Inventory. Our processing preserves color, texture, and nutritional value. Storage at -18°C or below with shelf life of 18-24 months.
