Description
Product Overview
Vietfrost is a specialist IQF Gac Fruit Supplier in Vietnam – the only major commercial source of this nutrient-dense superfruit. Gac Fruit (Momordica cochinchinensis) is native to Vietnam and contains exceptionally high concentrations of Beta-Carotene (10x more than Carrots) and Lycopene (70x more than Tomatoes), making it one of the most antioxidant-rich fruits in the world.
IQF Gac Fruit is gaining recognition in international Superfood and Nutraceutical markets. Health Supplement companies, Functional Beverage Manufacturers, and Natural Food Coloring producers are the primary buyers. Gac’s vivid red-orange aril delivers both nutritional value and intense natural color – attractive for Clean Label product formulations seeking alternatives to synthetic colorants.
Gac Fruit has a limited harvest window (October-January) and is cultivated almost exclusively in Vietnam. Vietfrost processes the red aril (seed membrane) at peak season, flash-freezing at -40°C to preserve its exceptional nutrient density and vibrant color. Off-season supply is maintained from Frozen Inventory.
