The volcanic soil and highland climate (600-800m elevation) produce Avocado with rich, creamy flesh and high oil content comparable to varieties grown in Mexico and Peru.

IQF Avocado is one of the fastest-growing frozen fruit segments globally, driven by the Avocado Toast trend, Smoothie Bowl culture, and demand for convenient Guacamole ingredients. Dole launched Chef-Ready IQF Diced Avocado specifically for year-round Foodservice convenience. Vietnamese Avocado – harvested May through September – offers a competitive price point for bulk buyers seeking alternatives to Latin American origins.

Our IQF process includes anti-browning treatment (Ascorbic Acid based) followed by flash-freezing at -40°C, maintaining the Avocado’s bright green color, creamy texture, and fresh flavor through a 24-month shelf life. The product is free-flowing with no clumping – ideal for portioning in Foodservice and Manufacturing applications.

All IQF Avocado undergoes food-grade anti-browning treatment (Ascorbic Acid / Citric Acid based) before flash-freezing. This maintains bright green color throughout shelf life. The treatment is Clean Label compatible and widely accepted by US Retail and Foodservice buyers.

What Is the Minimum Order Quantity?
MOQ is one 20-foot Reefer Container (approximately 18-20 MT depending on product format). Mixed Containers combining multiple IQF Fruits are available for buyers who need product variety in a single shipment.

What Is the Typical Lead Time?
4-6 weeks from order confirmation during Peak Season. Off-season orders ship from Frozen Inventory within 2-3 weeks, subject to stock availability.
